Renovated in October 2020, this 66 m² apartment is ideal for exploring ZooParc de Beauval, the Loire châteaux and local vineyards. The zoo is a 20-minute drive away. On the 2nd floor with no lift, the bright apartment is not overlooked and faces the square hosting the Thursday market. Free parking is available next door. It has a living room with balcony, an equipped kitchen with table and chairs, a large “rapido” sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet and two 11 m² bedrooms. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, washing machine, tumble dryer and a standard coffee maker. A cot, toys and children's books are available on request. The first bedroom has a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm). The second can have two single beds (90 x 190 cm) or a king-size bed. You have access to the entire apartment and bike storage. Check-in is self-service. To reach ZooParc without a car, the route via Saint-Aignan – Noyers station involves an 8-minute train ride followed by a shuttle bus of around 10 minutes. Please note: Bed linen and towels are not included; please bring your own. Mattress sizes are 180 x 200 cm and 2 x 90 x 190 cm. Duvets measure 220 x 240 cm and 140 x 200 cm. Please respect and look after the apartment. A vacuum cleaner and mop are provided. Return any moved items to their original places before leaving. Events are not allowed. In winter, do not immediately set the radiators to 28 °C: let them warm up gradually and remember to switch them off when leaving.
